I wonder what do they exactly mean with "or if your order is not finalized with your retailer"? As long as you haven't finished all the paperwork with your dealer that's fair game to cancel and get the refund? Like a couple of days ago after a subscription renewed automatically from my son's basic algebra tutor app, we were able to get a full refund even though it was 2 days after the renewal.
