The short answer is yes, there are tax credits available in Colorado for Electric Vehicles.
There is a $2,500 credit received with the state income tax refund. It may be applied at purchase depending on the manufacturer. There is also a $1,500 tax credit for 2-year minimum leases that can people can have access to.
One thing to point out is that unused tax credits can be rolled forward to future years.
